Paypal ask for a pr instead of returning the product with the snad option claim

So i ordered something on ssense around 700, and started a claim with paypal used the snad option, i said it isnt the size that i demand and i would like to return it just like normal paypal refuning would do. (after i started the claim i immediatly escalted to paypal maybe thats why) However instead of giving me an address to return the item they ask me to start a complaint on IC3 website and send them the report. Anyone got into this situation too? and what happened if filled in the IC3 complaint?
