Short Description Of Product/Service: This user was selling Bose Sleepuds, and the scammed user, had payed for it on April 16 2020. The method had gotten Patched, and Band1t said he would reimburse with a laptop instead. Since then, there has been no update. There was a report on his bot @VouchPro, yet he decided to decline the negative Vouch. This shows the corruption the bot is really with.

I was also banned in BC and his SE service server, AeVum.WE, multiple times after reporting him as a scammer in BC. There is also a lot of other ppl in AeVum who haven't received their product(s) and has been waiting as long as me. According to my sources, after I got banned in AeVum, a lot of other people in the server have been asking band1t for a refund or an update on their product and still nothing.

I have already messaged John Doe, he knows my financial status as I cannot refund at the moment, I was planning on negotiating as well, I have not made an effort to ignore this user or even block them.

 

The vouch was also denied because he tried opening a scam report towards me, and had one of my admins evaluate it and told them not to be biased or anything, I stated my TOS and he even stated he lost. I did not act upon corruption to deny the vouch, he was mad and wanted to post a negative vouch you also post a vouch after the deal / transaction you would know that if u were still staff- oh wait.

He's been waiting for 5 months now, so he has every right to be mad, and he has every right to be able to report you. 

I need you to provide a deadline for a product or refund now. I can't wait indefinitely until your financial situation changes. if you waited until now to make your financial situation visible my response is you made him wait for 5 months without giving him anything and that means you have no intention or means to provide what you were paid for thus making you a scammer. If you want to clear your name, instead of using fancy words to reply to scams or giving the report to your friends or staff members, you would give him a clear deadline for a refund or the item. Otherwise you can just wait another 5 months from today and not give him anything and keep taking new orders / payments and dealing like he doesn't exist.
