I bought this SE 1 mouth ago he told me that will take 1 - 2 weeks and he told me the first se didn't work or some shit like this then he told me that he will do 1 more se and will update me... 

he wasn't online 2 weeks and didn't tell me nothing so he will refund to everyone me the money (https://prnt.sc/ukhnoy)

so i waiting like 3 days and he just filtering me...

I've explained to him that these weeks I was busy and I will refund once I'm free, he starts stressing me over and he knows I have too many dms to manage, I will wait a message from him so I can process the refund.

All you have to do is go to your paypal accounts dashboard, and click ''issue refund'' from his payment.
