Big vouch for this guy. Bought pre-approval pictures, got them in under 24 hours. Very high quality photos.
edit: Also bought PoD pictures from this guy after my pre-approval pictures were approved. Another set of very high quality photos. Can trust this guy to get the job done. Will edit further to see if the SE is successful.
