Additional Information:

They provide a shitty service.
First of all, their RDPs randomly give me 1 bar connection (IT IS NOT FROM MY SIDE, I have other rdps from rdp.sh and when I get 1 bar on this guys RDP I always get 5 bars on rdp.sh, even though in the previous ticket he metioned its coming from me lol)
Secondly, their RDPs allegedly have 1GB download speed and 5GB upload speed: http://prntscr.com/ubmpo4

whereas, they actually have 600MB download and 1GB upload: http://prntscr.com/ubmq3s

Moreover, their RDPs are allegedly received automatically by Email, but that's CLEARLY not the case. I waited over 30 hours for the first RDP and have now been waiting 24 hours for this one. He was online the whole day and when I asked the question about the automated system, he went offline or probably just put offline status on discord, not to mention he's been online for the most part of the day playing VALORANT and doing other shit whilst ignoring me. http://prntscr.com/ubmrpu
Last but not least, this dude literally gave me an RDP that's a lower tier than the one I purchased and when I mentioned it, neither him nor his partner answered.

In conclusion, this service is a fucking shit show, a horrible service. Not to mention they state they provide 7x24x365 live chat support lmao.

I literally COULD NOT care less about the money, I just needed RDPs very quickly to do some money task opportunities which have now gone down the drain because of these two horrible sellers. 
It is not for me to make a decision, but in my opinion, this kind of service should not be tolerated/allowed on here.

It's his Screenshot . That's Simply He Send Less BTC . that lead Late Delivery.  it's not my fault he send less BTC Through Shoppy Right?

i told him , i won't talk about 1$ , and i have no problem with it 

and i will delivery Once MY Exchanger Here Or My Partner ( Cause i had No Stock ) 

 

So Jole Waited my partner. Once he Show Up He delivery The RDP

Then He Claim He Have A Problem With Network Bar. i have tested By MYself it's normal . i can connect with 4 Bars.! i asked him to reboot maybe it help . this out my support range.

 

 

Then He just didn't say anything After That He Asked , " do u have any other better rdps than the $25 one? "  , i said to him Yes i got , then He Never Answer. that's lead His Ticket Get Closed!! That's Simple 

This RDP Was 25 Euro ( He Paid with 25% OFF )  it's about 18$ i think.

He used it , and worked with it and never say anything or reach my DM

Then What Happen Next Is Funny!

He Made Another Order!! , And He Again Send Less BTC Through Shoppy? Really? Same Mistake Twice?

He Said It's Shoppy BUG , I Said NO , i had many orders from another clients , it's only Problem From His Side! ( i think it's weird twice ? ) 

 

if he didn't like the RDP , why he Make X2 Orders?!!!

So For His Second RDP , i asked him to wait about 72 hour that's in 3 SEP we are 5 sep

i  asked him that cause i was busy with my site and work , and restocking

i told him i will ping you once The RDP Is Ready. and we finish , Yestreday , while i'm inactive and in holiday He Talked in ticket without ping me , he ping my partner , i never get a ping

he told him he forget his rdp pass. so my partner give him the pass back

 

Then He Claim he got only 4 Core not 6 ( it can be a bug by windows , it can be fix in less then 2 Min . but he didn't give us even a Chance )

SO His First RDP , He Order he paid less for shoppy that lead for late Delivery. But We Delivered . he talked about issue with Network Bar i answered on him

then he never replay on ticket.

 

 

Then AFTER THAT He Made Another Order To Same Plan!!! , And Send Less To Shoppy Again.! ( And i asked him to hold on for 72 hour ) 

so simply we didn't even scam him , he talking about i'm playing Valorant , i have life friend , you never ping me. or send DM , or open again in live chat on website.

Maybe The only thing he right about there issue in 6 core, he didn't give us chance to solve this he just opened scam report

What you are saying is circumstantial.
He paid less twice, you should have told him to pay in full or refunded him. You can’t use this as an excuse to not reply.

You say he didn’t give you time to fix the issue with the cores. But in the screenshot you provided yourself, it’s clear he gave you and your partner several hours, and pinged you. I think that should be enough for you to react. Whether you ask him to wait further or you resolve it. But you didn’t do either and you didn’t reply at all. What is he supposed to do? Wait for another day, or two, and see if you decide to fix it / reply to his support ticket? I think him making a scam report because he got a different / misleading product is totally fine and all you have to do is fix it, instead of posting a wall of text about how bad of a customer he is (when he is complaining about something valid)
