Yeah, I see how much able I am to start a new topic in Releases.

The reason regular users cannot start threads in Releases is so it doesn't get trashed by idiots, and that won't change anytime soon.

Only users with the Coder UG (which is given out manually when a user meets it's expectations) & staff can directly create a thread within the Releases section.

 

To get your thread moved to that section you must post the thread and report it, including the source code & it will be moved.

 

This is how it has been the entire time & will not change.
