listen to sad music such as dark trap or some sadboy shit such as lil peep, guardin, convolk, etc and just stare outside or my cieling. If i am in the ultimate low, i sleep all day.

Some days this happens man. Best thing to do is tell yourself that the events around you and way that life is going is the same despite your perspective. Sometimes it is easy to feel that everything is going wrong... but truth is it would go that way regardless and its all in your outlook
