Anybody know how to pay for Spotify when the account it's in a different country

I'm in the US and my spotify account is in Japan for blocked music. Anybody know how I can pay for it? I tried to find a prepaid visa for it but most are in the US and I don't want to use a family plan because I keep getting unadded at some point and it's really annoying.

It's already set to the country I want the problem is I can't pay for it since I dont have a payment method with a billing address there

First idea was to use Spotify giftcards but I couldn't find any Japanese Spotify gc's for sale online, after some Googling I found this Reddit post:

(The reply from AKZXX) I can't confirm 100% that it'd work but logically speaking I see no reason as to why it shouldn't work, doesn't hurt to try though

There are tons of sites that sell (physical) Japanese simcards and ship worldwide, they're a bit pricey though. Just Google "Order Japanese simcard"
