say the shits unreliable, send an empty box, and when they say it was empty say this is why u didnt wanna do the return process originally

Went to 2 hours chat, ended up with supervisor, there is no chance that you get the item without return it

Alternatively, if you are US based, could try mentioning that all the Postal Services have been having issues with delivering packages on time & say you are a broke college student who cannot afford packaged insurance b/c it would leave you w/ any Food/Gas money. Do not use this excuse verbatim, put your spin on it.

Box them really good, simple. Don't make SE'ing harder than it has to be, no matter the extra steps, it allows you to find shortcuts in the system by participating in their practices.
