He delivered me songs after 4 days and when I checked those songs on arcloud this is what I got.

I get it and I was not really in conjunction of filling scam report but maybe I can prevent a great happening or let's see how it ends.

OP is it possible you send some of he's work? I'm a producer as well and i might be able to recognize if he used loops.
Loops are royalty free but since a lot of people use them, it's not really safe if you don't put vocals on top of it.

Just sent you and to be honest I don't really care about what he used or didn't.
He just failed to fulfill order that's it for me

@Lucas OP send me an audio clip, those are loops from Cymatics.fm which are VERY saturated, like 100k+ people have the same loops (probs over 500k people) so if you upload them it would be a constant battle because everyone want's to copyright their tracks.

On top of that, the producer claims "100% exclusive" which is not true, these are simply some loops dragged and dropped onto each other.

Okay, firs off, I never fucking scammed anyone. I would never scam anyone. I've produced hundreds of songs for 50+ clients. 

 

My terms strictly state I offer NO REFUNDS. I will be glad to provide a replacement of his order, but I will not offer a refund. 

 

What happened was I messed up songs and sent you the wrong batch. I produce exclusively for each person now, so this is not an issue anymore.

 

You should of contacted me first before opening this scam report, I would of given you new songs instantly. This is pointless.

Not 100% true. I did not do that, one of my producers might of. I dont listen to every single song. 

 

And by 100% exclusive I mean exclusive to each person. What they receive will not be received by anyone else from ME. I usually produce 100% new melodies and sound design myself. I've been doing this for 10 years.

I think this is pointless as you haven't provided what he paid for and your ''no refunds'' term is irrelevant. 
Please don't send him new songs unless he specifically requests it, and instead provide the refund. 

Also keep in mind he has contacted you several times already and you respond whenever you want. It makes no sense to keep dragging this issue on, until he's pissed and you are forced to refund him either way.

 

 

Again, your terms are not relevant, you had plenty of time until now to provide the songs yet you failed to do so in full and the part you did hand over needs to be replaced, which means he is entitled to receive a refund at least on the part you haven't even worked on yet (or at least you didn't hand over to him yet)
