Additional Information: first i agreed with him about getting combos for 55$, when I'm sending him my Blockchain application lagged on phone sent the transaction and then returned it on my balance, so I have sent it again to get the url to him here : https://www.blockcha...1229e532f2e6b 

after that I found my balance -55$ again, and saw that the application has sent the first transaction here:

after that I found that he is selling shit combos no hits at all no even free hits and he replaced with tons of shit lines (most of them duplicated) and public.
asked for a refund he said he will only refund the combo payment and won't send me back the money which had been sent to him by mistake of application (you can check the conversation)

Hello @Lucas , as i said, i refunded the combo he bought, about 2nd transaction I speaked with my team and they said that was not my problem, will show them the scam report and if there’s any problem will pay that moneys from my pocket.

It’s obviously your problem (and theirs) because the money went to you and you received it. Your team is stupid and has no idea how business works. They also act like scammers. I would advise you to stay away from that behavior.
