Can i do it again or no ? And if no

What can i do if i need to order an iphone and refund it, shipping to france,,,, Amazon.de double order and say i got nothing ? on a fresh acc ?

Depends on the Account status, if it's new you might be able to do it. Old aged account is almost every time double.

Edit: Also deppends which method you use. Eb or DNA don't tend to work with .de. .Fr is working with EB if you know how to do it. You can also ship from .de to france np.
