furthermore the 2 RDP's you provided for me to check are not accessible.
Please check it yourself if you can access them, and upload the files yourself. You will see the upgrade.php is not the same. It's also missing the js folder.

U can't acces them by RDP, they are on ubuntu so u will have to use smth like PuTTy to acces to server, and to see the source code file use FilleZilla or WinSCP /var/www/html

Yes they are there but the site is not being properly uploaded. If you have the files up and running and it's not a problem for you, you can tell them which vps to get so that they can use the same one to upload it. if that's their problem, that should solve it.

I told them to get a vps on ubuntu 18.04, and also told what they have to install (apache2, mysql, phpmyadmin, php(LAMP)). If he installed something wrong or the vps is trash is not my problem.
I can also install evrything for him for a reasoonable price.
