Additional Information: the conversation was in spanish and i translated it, also the upgrader.php part on his website (spoty-upgrades.com) is working, and why not in mine? (Mine is spotify.blue)

I did not scam him, the problem is in his vps, or he might have installed something wrong, I can give u login details to my vps and see that I have the same source code wich I sent to him!
And the deal was made with his friend , Lxn#0001 , not with him!!

The source code of the upgrade.php page on his site is missing a lot of the information from yours. 
Why is your websites code longer than the one they have? Takes 1 minute to verify they are missing the entire front end of the upgrade.php page.

It is not the vps. I purchased a sparkedhost web hosting , purchased 1 vps from meloncube and stills not working.

Firstly I'd like you to share the files with him again so that he can upload them from scratch. If he can't get it done (because it's a very straightforward process and it's very hard to get the issues he's facing just for uploading the files) you can show me you install the same files you gave him, and it's successfully uploading the same website.
