I sent Lucas vps login details to my website so he can see that is the same source code!!

That does nothing. His website is also missing the JS so there's no functionality on the upgrade.php page. You can see it in 1 second. The hamburguer menu doesn't even work because there's no JS at all. You can see there's no JS here:

Not to mention, the front-end design is ripped from the original https://spoty.gg not sure why people copy my stuff so often

My vps is working fine, I restarted it 4 times, and i have purchased a web hosting and a vps and it's not working on both of them.

The upgrade.php you sent is missing about 100 lines of code.

The JS is missing completely. The hamburger menu is NOT working because there's no functionality. The rest of the frontend is missing from the upgrade.php file.

There's no functionality making the hamburger menu show and collapse, there's nothing making it respond because it's not functional because the javascript is missing. 

The upgrades will never work because they are on the javascript folder that is MISSING from the files you sent to them.
