I get your point but what I mean to say is that it doesn't feel like a challenge, as there are not enough threads to make it possible to get while following the section rules.
If we need to make 7-8 posts per day for 14 days and there are 6 threads on a day for all the members there's a clear flaw.
Make the award obtainable in a similar or identical way to Spam Fighter.
Reduce the amount of posts needed to get it.
Rewrite the rules in a way that makes possible obtain the award.
out of the 3, the only logical solution would be to change the requirements, making it count a larger span of time, not reducing number of posts.
Spam fighter is not obtained based on a specific number of reports and neither is it obtainable through spamming useless reports.
Rules are fair, because we removed several awards people obtained by replying to the same threads 5 times or even up to 10.
The only possible way to make it fair would be to add a week to the time required, 100 posts / 21 days span that would mean 5 posts in total a day for 20 days. It will be challenging but it's possible. 2 posts is fine as long as there's no 'discussion' going on, as the section is specifically for support, if more than 1 post is necessary then it's pretty logical the staff involvement is required too, not much 2+ posts will solve that 1 won't solve for starters. If you need to post again, so be it, so long as the posts are relevant, on topic, and to continue with the support previously mentioned. This was added because people would discuss, wish ''good luck solving this'' and similar posts that are neither relevant nor necessary.
If there's a clear need for a 2nd post, or 3rd even, that's allowed, but it's common sense when this is okay and when it is not.
