Do NOT use with PayPal a lot of the numbers are FLAGGED by PayPal and sometimes you can get already used number or someone uses your number again. I.e. if someone uses your number again it is removed from your account and your account is FLAGGED. Some numbers are just blacklisted and are FLAGGED on entry.

This is paypal security page on login and they are suspicious of your login. If you add a phone number to suspicous login check it will not work for 1. not similar to original account number 2. they will ask anyway for orginal phone.
Google voice works 100% with PayPal.
