Hey I want to refund a 250€ cpu on amazon.de and the package just arrived.
I didnt sign for it and the package is weighted.
Should I just DNA or EB?
Acc is pretty good with many orders and no refunds.

Either DNA or FTID. DNA is gonna be faster, connect to a live chat and keep reconnecting until u get an Indian rep. Should refund instantly.

If I were you I would go for DNA, because everything under 500 EUR is easy to refund from what I have heard.
Try to act a little bit frustrated and inform them that you wish to buy it from a local store and you wish to get your refund.

Why you all say DNA instead of EB? EB is better you avoid troubles with carrier
true,
all ppls who use DNA are assholes bcz the carrier is losing his job and in the most of the cases he has to pay himself for the "lost" packages/items
