He doesn't offer a refund if someone login using his software, but it is a scam since the software doesn't work at all,
I mean I bought it for Netflix didn't work, and he said he will fix it in 1-2 weeks...

I also asked them multiple times before purchasing if Netflix works...

He is just manipulating people into buying his dead software and clearly states he will not refund anyone who buys his dead software.

in 3:25 I was given a download link to the software
in 4:05 had to buy Proxyscrape premium to start using it "that's not his fault"
in 4:20 saying it takes for ever to open a 1m combo
in 4:36 reporting that the software doesn't work, after several checks from my end.

He asked you if netflix worked, you said yes. He purchased, tested and it didn't work. Then you said you don't offer refunds and that it might be fixed in 1-2 weeks. Don't really understand what you mean by predicting the future. You literally told him it was working, and then hours later it wasn't. If you can't see this is a clear reason to offer a refund straight away, Im baffled at your salesmanship. 

If the tool is not fixed within 12 hours, please send him a full refund and ban his license.

when i said yes it was working, it literally changed after it, already working on new API and the new update will be up within hour or two.

which I had to open the report case to get the problem resolved instead of I was about to wait from 1-2 weeks.

It’s possible some proxy providers work and some others don’t. It depends on a lot of factors.

just wanted to fill up we are already were looking for another DEV it just took time we cant just givr SRC away like jts a ball and game.
