Hello,
If your item cost less than 999€ I advise you to make a "classic" refund.
But you can still TID by saying that you ordered the article in France because you were on holiday and you really needed it and now you're back in Germany. Maybe you will have to pay for the return.
Or you can found someone can TID in France for you.
