Could I get banned for using VPN from time to time when I'm on nulled.to? I'm having trouble accessing the internet without one and most websites are blocked where I live (e.g. Pastebin).

What kind of VPN do you use ? "Tor" network is flagged on many websites for example.
You should use privates proxies/servers.

you can use a vpn, it's not gonna get you banned

Only certain ip-range are allowed, if you cant access nulled from one of the VPN Routings, change it until you're able to.
