Scammed by water law for £20

Additional Information: so the accounts I bought shouldn’t have all been cleaned as stated and also he also sold 500 accounts to my friend and he has some of the same accounts as me so he’s just selling the same accounts to people not but hurt about £20 just the fact he just lies lies lies. @WaterLaw please reply within 12 hours. If the accounts are cleaned and logged into recently, you will have to replace or refund him.

He should be forced to give a refund to the two customers he scammed today, else he'll just pass on another 500 accs that he's given to another unfortunate previous customer. 
I've spoke to this guy and he has little knowledge on what he's actually doing.

I reckon he's just reselling the same accounts he may of bought from someone a long time ago, or he's selling .ST database which is partially public.

Back to the previous scam report against WaterLaw (not this one), you'll notice he stated in the report against him that his ''tool'' (openbullet, can confirm he uses this) logs into the accounts and thats why they show last logged in 4months ago etc, but he is absolutely wrong. Openbullet doesn't load into the hotel in regards to Habbo, it simply logs into the home page which does not effect the ''last logged in'' date as you can have multiple avatars on accounts with a different last logged in date for each one. Openbullet simply gives you valids for Habbo.
Also his Shoppy states they are accounts he cracked a long time ago, which contributes to his previous defence on the previous report being a load of shit.
I spoke to the person who made the previous report and he also said the ''additional'' 500 accounts he was forced to pay by yourself (Lucas), were also trash accounts that have already been raped through.

Yeah it’s only £20 ish at the end of the day but it’s just annoying like he’s done it before but I have the guy a chance every account that was like good or would of had furni on it had been logged into 4days before my purchase and been cleaned out
