They told me that they will escalate my problem to the hardware team and if they confirm they will ship me. They contacted the hardware team once more but then i did not have a battery swelling problem so the second time i told em that the battery swell up and im gonna get rid of the device and they wanted a picture of the device {got it from a forum hope they cant find it} and the picture of the SN which i photo shopped. At the end of the live chat i told em that im going to the scrap yard to get rid of it.

 

 

So will they ship it to me ? i want to hear your opinions

They might ask u for a return hope ur using a drop if not get ready to box em

I did exactly the same as you and provided them with a picture of a swollen battery but also said that it's leaking and that I put the device in a plastic bag. They shouldn't ask for the device to be returned due to safety concerns (it can explode lol). I'm also waiting for their response now
