Additional Information: If you take look at the screenshots above, you'll notice that the accounts purchased were listed and sold under the label "Inactive." Which means that the account's email address was verified by the owner, making the password unchangeable. But since the owner went inactive, anybody can use his account without raising any suspicion.

Also, if you need proof of the paypal payment or bank transaction I'm willing to provide you with that information.
