Sad to see how this service is falling apart. Did a USPS LIT order once before, worked flawlessly. The only thing good about this service rn is customer service, I get replies on tickets quite on time. However, I just had to wait 10+ days and my LIT USPS order was still not completed. I have opted for a withdrawal but still waiting on it for over a day. Hopefully the withdrawal gets done soon and also hoping for service to improve.

Apologies for the wait on this one, we have been transition the US boxers over and there was a delay with a few labels in the process. We appreciate your earnest feedback.

Ordered and selected FTIDv3 and clearly asked for delivery status and they LIT the label. When i asked for a refund they didn't want and wanted to redrop the label (useless because with SDA Courier service it's shown the redrop). I do not suggest this service.
