Money Cleaner... Would this work?

I have been thinking of this method for a bit and wanted to drop it somewhere to see if this would work, or if it is unecessary steps!

I believe this would be a simple way to clean your money, in a self contained manner.

Requirements:

2 PP accounts 
2 Ebay accounts
The ability to create FTID or pay someone that can.

Steps:

Preface: You have to have one paypal that has your "Clean" money in it, or the one that is safe and not linked to anything bad, you want this linked to a legit or normal Ebay account.

1. you have some sort of money linked to bad stuff that you can't claim as clean. Step one would be to trade it from crypto or something onto a PP holder, or a new verified PP account (there are tutorials everywhere and people sell Verified pp accounts)
2. We go onto your legit Ebay account and list an Item for exactly however much you are looking to clean. So for example you have $1,000? You list a TV for $1,000
3. You then go on your dirty paypal and make an ebay account and purchase said TV.

4. You complete the transaction from accounts 1 and 2. This is where FTID is necessary to make it look legit unless you want to risk "Local pick up" (they may hold your money for up to a month this way)
5. You wait for your FTID to say that it has arrived and boom, your money is released from said fake account to said clean account and your money is tied to a LEGIT looking transaction.
