Originally, it was set to $360 usd btc for $400 usd pp. After I sent the payment, he wanted to exchange more but didnt want to send the $400 usd pp. He says in the chat that he had to pay a $10 fee everytime he sent payment, so I told him sending $390 is fine. He then refuses to send the $ and says that it will be my money is going to be a donation.

No it's not, you were played by an impersonator. Read my signature so you are never scammed like this again in the future.

Verify the discord of the other party and always ask for a PM, I am sent several profiles a day and entering those profiles for whatever reason wouldn't mean Im dealing with them. The person sent you a picture of a different chat, and instead of verifying that, you thought that was sufficient?? .... 

 

read the picture jackson sent you on pm and compare with the chat you had with the impersonator. The conversations are completely and totally different.

He is trying to 1: get me banned, 2: get money out of me. 

 

The kid has two accounts, tried to make me send him some text "cheese touch" or whatever to make sure it was me. He wanted to buy a call of duty account. After i sent him a screenshot of the discord convo when. After i sent it he said he 'shares his nulled with his brother' and wanted me to delete the screenshot. I told him to fuck off. He has two accounts and used the screenshot from way before to make it look like the confirmation on his new account.

Hi, I don't want to post here cause i know you'll smack me. but...

 

Can't you just get the Discord ID (not the tag) of Jackson's real Discord account and then ask OP to get the Discord ID of the discord user he's talking to (the fake jackson) and if both ID's do not match then that's a easy way of knowing that he's an impersonator.

Please refrain from making posts here again, your post is irrelevant, you can see the chats and the pm confirmation from jackson shows a completely different conversation from the one the scammed user and the impersonator were having. This is a clear case of impersonation, no need to verify anything you are mentioning.
