It usually takes up to "a few minutes".
Just have a bit of patience and wait for at least 20 minutes before contacting staff about it.
And I recommend removing your order ID from your post.

looks you alredy got the vip you can go to https://www.nulled.t...n=groupSelector and select it.also you should remove the order id from thread
