I tried to SE Fitbit for a Versa but they asked me to return the faulty device that doesn't turn on anymore, before they send me a replacement. Is it a new replacement policy or should I try again?

Either you can try to give them some excuse or you can just try again with different info. I'm sure you can find a good excuse especially right now.

Doesn't work neither, I've tried that before. Well not exactly, but I both tried claiming that i was very very sick so I couldnt do it. Also tried using handicap as an excuse. Nothing like that works
