Hi,
I tried to SE Fitbit for a Versa but they asked me to return the faulty device that doesn't turn on anymore, before they send me a replacement. Is it a new replacement policy or should I try again?

But I tried last week with another account and they sent me a link to order a replacement without asking me the faulty device.

Either you can try to give them some excuse or you can just try again with different info. I'm sure you can find a good excuse especially right now.

Id just say there is no way to ship it out since your whole city is on complete lockdown and you cant goto tho post office bec of corona

That doesn't work, they will tell you to wait until this corona shit is over. I've tried on several reps.. it doesn't work

Doesn't work neither, I've tried that before. Well not exactly, but I both tried claiming that i was very very sick so I couldnt do it. Also tried using handicap as an excuse. Nothing like that works
