i mean my life sucks, i have friends who dont even defend me when something happens, family who treats me like trash, im ugly and the only thing that brings happiness in my life is coding. So is suicide worth it?

Use coding to make some money and leave all those people who treat you badly behind. It'll take some time but if you have a good plan and stick to it, you'll be good.
