You cannot start a topic Before 50 Posts !?

Hi, I just got acquainted with this forum and I have problems with the rules, including the rules related to the Leecher Value:, said that I have to create useful topics to lower the Leecher Value:, but we have to publish at least 50 posts to create a new topic in most of the categories. However, if we want to publish 50 posts, the Leecher Value will go down and we will be banned, should we finally post or not?

Do comments in other sections, you will be able to contribute one you have some posts done
