cool thing to share, I tell u what I think about it in a sec

 

edit : well written and clear guide. Maybe just mention that ISP can see Tor use, which could lead to "redlisting" by them, as you say VPN is really important for more safety AND hiding use of Tor off your ISP (in some countries its use is illegal).

But it is still cool starting guide, I posted this one which add some measures at your list
