I had upgraded my account to AQUA.
BTC was partially confirmed at the beginning even though I paid more than what they asked me to pay for.I got a confirmation email that btc was not fully received and the seller has to do it manually.
So I messaged 3 moderators and the admin as well adding the btc txn id and the invoice id. The website says they are all online and its been more than 4 hours and none of them even replied.
What is gng on ?
DOES ANY MODERATOR EVEN CARE?
