Bottom one was the first order he made, Shoppy asked him to send to 37iGgh7PTsw3TaWiAeCYhXd3nu2i6Hjc5e. The txid he gave me afterwards shows a payment to a different address from the one Shoppy asked him to send it to.

The second order I asked him to make so I could see what address Shoppy asked him to send it to, it was the address he sent it to in the first place, but it is different from the original order, leading me to believe the mistake is on Shoppy's end, but that the amount was still received on on of Shoppy's wallets, namely 33YKZaJh1LdSGoSxNc6gPkseE91asLv4NE.

For now, shoppy has confirmed the orders were NOT paid for. The address shoppy gave has not received any payment from you.

Right now, shoppy is checking whether the address you sent money to is part of the shoppy DB and if it is, they will check which order it belongs to.

If it doesn’t belong to shoppy, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do, and that would mean you most likely paid to a random, unrelated address.

I just asked shoppy developer, and he will get back to me today regarding whether or not the address is a part of shoppy. 

If the address is shoppy's and it belongs to a different order, Im confident they will be able to fix it within today. 
If the address is not a part of shoppy DB, then there's nothing we can do.

I’m sorry but there’s nothing we can do. The funds were sent to an address that isn’t a part of shoppy and therefore shoppy can’t recover the funds.
