Hello guys,

 

Anyone dealt with this before?

 

I'm trying to order from Amazon.fr  with my own CC and I get this error after 5 minutes since I place the order.

I tried from 2 different accounts, after I log into the account it asks me to send them a proof of my address (a utility bill or similar), picture with my ID card and CC.

I would like to get this order refunded afterwards and not sure if I should provide this data.

use diff ip, card and name.

 

I don't see why they would need those kind of docs

Tried different address, different CC (Revolut) and different IP (and different device for that matter) but same outcome.

 

Anyone has a solution?

is that your actual revolut CC or one of virtual ones that change after every time you use the CC?

hmm that's weird, are you using a VPN or some extension that takes over the connection?

I've used Amazon.fr quite many times and I've never had that error

Maybe try calling/chatting them to see what's up? (if that's available & just to gain some insights ofc)
