Hi, It's very clean, however I've been using paypal too for a while.

The thing you got wrong is:

• Anti-Fraud detection - paypal tends to only set your acc as higher risk than usual, not limit you - only if you will play it suspicious, my friend is using paypal with rdp that got scored '1' for almost 1.5year now. ( USA ! )
• "fake passport ain't passing" - that's wrong - paypal can't tell difference fake doc and real doc, unless you made usa passport using arial font, then clap clap.
• Avoid USA - LoL, they don't check shit with gov, u can pass with fake docs easily!

wtf is a stealth paypal

It is the commercial name of PayPal accounts under a fake name, that you use to receive payments of your blackhat/greyhat sales/services.

I'm glad your friend is OK, but in the last months they upgraded heavily their IA and screening systems.
 
I read about real people with legit transactions getting limited 'we can see you're using a VPN, please stop using it'. I don't see any benefit of playing more risk.
 
About the fake passport. When did pass it last time? Because lately with solutions like Jumio and TrustID it is virtually impossible to pass it.

So I see all those paid guides/tutorials on ‘how to create a stealth PayPal account 2020’ and while reading it, you realize they have no f*cking clue about how the PayPal system works.
