Alienware Laptop SE success

A few days ago I purchased an invoice from Mr crabs

 

I went ahead and contact support, well I paid someone to do it for me

but they had no idea it was a SE

 

and they agreed to send in a replacement.

 

I will update proof pics once I get it.

I have never done this before but I have done many SE's before in the past.
