OP, can you show me some Amazon or any UK store vouches/completed refunds. Tempted to try this as I'd like some item and also to test this out. Out of curiosity, it will say 'delivered' or something like 'returning to sender'. Ultimately, either courier needs to confirm delivery or company needs to see live tracking (on website) that shows it was delivered for the SE/refund to go through. One of these two will happen basically?
