Opened JPG file (14 million bytes in size)

Hello, I opened this png file without realizing the size, should I be worried?

 

 

If someone please could help me look through this file, and if it's a rat or something find a way for me to remove it. I would appriciate it alot. plz

I don't know why is it showing 14 Gb because compressed picture is 13.85 Mb and once you extract it it's still 13.85 Mb, it's also clean according to VirusTotal and my Kaspersky Internet Security.

 

Edit: I figured it out, size is showed in bytes 14 526 672 is actually 14 MB, you can take random text file, compress it and check the size, it will look like it's much bigger, but it's actually in bytes
