Hello!

 

I have a steelseries mouse *rival 700* that is 2-3 years old (most likely out of warranty too)

I don't have the receipt but I can probably cut the wire, what steps should I take to get this replaced if possible or get a new one?

open ticket and when they will tell to send back, just do it. You also need fake POP

They won't ask for back, they will ask for POD.

any idea where I can make a good fake pop for steelseries?

 

 

They won't ask for back, they will ask for POD.

Alright, thanks. I guess I can do that. It's probably not covered under warranty, will they still send a new one?

Find a S/N that is under warranty, use that. If they ask for pic of S/N, photoshop it. Then when they ask for POD, use that mouse you already have.

They will ask you to show the s/n in the video clearly b4 destroying it tho.
