Have anyone tried or know from experience, what happens if a person sells item who doesn't exist, or make it simply buyer pays for item and seller doesn't ship. I mean buyer will get refunded but what about seller, do they gonna charge that amount from pp? Or what?

If the customer purchased via PayPal, it will be charged back over PayPal; if they paid using direct debit or credit card, it will be charged back from your bank account.

no if u sell something and buyer pays! that money in ur paypal will be hold! it will release only after the status shows it is delivered!

They will charge that to the Seller's PayPal account, so it would deduct from the balance of the Seller's PayPal.
