G2A refund without doing a paypal chargeback?

I bought a game key off G2A. It's an account where I've bought 1 game legit before.

I messaged the seller saying the key was invalid last night. The seller has a 95% rating and I was wondering if they will just end up refunding me or if I have to wait 7 days and ask G2A. I know it's only been a day but do reputable sellers end up just refunding you?

Or should I not waste my time and just do a paypal chargeback?

Can you tell me how many I can refund at a time and how I should do that? I usually see posts saying you can only do one game at a time.
