1200 euros is almost a salary in the NL, vouch... You can try to borrow from friends, family, I am pretty sure that every country in Europe has student/pupil jobseeking service, as we have here in Croatia... Work for a couple of months, try to refund your friends from who you borrowed the money... You'll do nothing from crying and sitting in place and breaking your mind what to do...Wish you all the best
