So opened a ticket and this is how it has gone.
2/24/2020 - Ticket opened on Discord
Info was provided same day
2/27/2020 - No replies for a few days so I asked what the ETA was on an update
Was told Lenovo was very slow
3/05/2020 - I asked if they got any replies
After that I heard nothing
03/13/2020 - I tagged OP in the Ticket and was told they aren't sure if it can be done anymore.
Advise all users to DWC as it seems most these services are used as exit scams (this and Logitech)
