Additional Information: I've purchased upgrades from him twice now even though it was promised lifetime, first time I rebought cause I lost the txid / didn't save transcript and second time I have the txid but no transcript because the transcript was on my old pc which was reformatted and my discord got termd. Idc about the money but it shows a low level of respect the staff member has for users, being petty being like, "and?" when I showed I had paid him. He says its in the TOS to have transcript but in the publicly shown TOS on both his shop it doesn't ask for transcript.

Getting the ID / selfie would be on you, he will give you all details needed, you can send him the ID before uploading it so that he confirms it’s correct.

You can also contact wise and ask them to revert the transfer back to the original payment method which shouldn’t really require you to verify anything.

Me getting someone to fake an ID would be more work than it should.

You can just close the report at this point it's more time consuming than the actual worth.

This should just be a reminder that the provider's accounts aren't sturdy and should change his thumbnail since it's part-lie.

So initially when I first bought, banana sent me a transferwise business account but with a fake login to the second phone number so after a day later since he's unresponsive even though he's on, he sent me a new account which did login and have business. I've deposited $500 from my prepaid card which on his thread, was possible. And because this was through a prepaid card I have no access to dispute payments for it. The account was later de-activated with no warnings and now I'm just trying to get a response from him. He did agree to refund for the transferwise account and stopped responding after that as he said he's out of the city but I keep seeing him on nulled and at times bumping his thread.

Did you tag him because you deem this not allowed? They are virtual prepaid cards, not carded or phished. Should be fine considering the nature of some other services.
