Some time ago something similar happened to me with a Bitcoin betting method (something like Martingale system) in which the seller secured profit. Actually everything worked fine until I made a couple of greedy bets and lost some money. I fully understood that it was my fault, but I felt "cheated" (but the time has made me change my mind).

Regarding the refund of the money invested, it is somewhat complicated to verify, since with a couple of changes in the elements of a web page (something that an elementary school user could do) you can "modify" this amount invested, and that wouldn't be fair for the seller.

Anyway, even if the seller was honest and the method worked for him or he tried to scam people, is something that only he will know for sure.

Conclusion: Refund for the price of the method? If you have followed the steps and it does not work, yes. Refund of what was invested in the method? I would say no, unless there is obvious evidence of the amount invested (somewhat complicated in times of After Effects and Photoshop).

Lately I am spending less time on the platform and I only check DM's when I know I will have plenty of time to respond (or else I just open one or two DM's and leave the rest for later).

This has been a complete oversight. It has been almost a week that I have not checked messages (or very few) since my time is very limited.

About the error warning, I put it to clarify that autopilot 24/7 does not work on all devices. In short terms, their security was increased and in certain devices, regions and / or languages the program required a simple restart since they improved their systems, and it is an error that I have not been able to replicate to solve.

Instead I preferred to warn people of this problem and let them decide if they want to buy it or not. I have always been open to answer any question through DM and clarify the doubts of a possible user. I prefer that that person does not buy the product instead to buy it and have to make a refund.

Anyway, I am going to pause the sales of this tool at least until I have a definitive solution to this problem, even if it takes me a while to do it blindly.
