Horrible service. Worst refunder I've ever seen.

All claims of having an "insider" are fake. He simply messages amazon that the package was empty and that's it lmao.

He takes your Amazon account, changes the email and password and then asks you to pay 35% upfront. What a pathetic asshole. If you mention a middleman he will never reply to you or give you your account back unless you open a scam report.

He ignores you for days after he steals your Amazon account and he instantly replies if you message him from another account.

Run away from him, he doesn't have insiders, he is borderline scamming people.

Any update on this? Cannot determine if this comment can be trusted due to negative rep. Anyone else have similar experiences?

What a refreshing service. I say that because it can be super difficult getting timely responses from a lot of refunders. This dude is all over it and has already done a couple for me. Answered all my questions and is very helpful and friendly.

Additional Information:

Originally did refund for Costco with UPS insider refund for a couple iPhones. Service appeared to be completed 09/27/2022. Paid $688 fee that day. October comes and no refund was sent to me. Waited a few weeks, asked Rekk, who is incredibly hard to reach. Eventually I do multiple chats with the retailer in question, Costco. refund failed and they clearly were going to rebill. Rekk instructed to attempt card chargeback with bank. This was in December, several months after payment and no refund. Chargeback gets credited while bank investigates. They eventually reject my request and rebill the amount of $2754.00.

I have since been messaging rekk for refund on the service due to failed refund. It is nearly impossible to get a reply. I understand he has a large business, but at the end of the day I have been INCREDIBLY patient and understanding. I have waited four months to the day now. No success on my end.

While I can understand that it can be hard to reach all clients, this is no longer acceptable in my eyes. His service offers an upcharge of 20 pounds to get a faster reply, which at this point feels insulting. I have to pay more to get a timely service? That does not feel right. I have been asking for a refund for some time now and hardly ever get a response. When I finally did, the response was that they were going to check on it. At this point, there is nothing left to check. The refund failed, it's fine, but I am entitled to a refund of the service charge because the service was not completed.

To say the speed of this service is glacial would be an understatement. I have been courteous, polite, and patient throughout these months and have not gotten anywhere. What is further frustrating is to see that they are constantly active on telegram, posting vouches, while I sit and wait for months for service. 

It is my opinion that their service has grown too large for them to be able to handle. It is not my business to tell them how to do it, but it is frustrating when you do not get treated as a priority.

Not questioning the user's abilities but be careful with his claims.

 

He claims to offer an "insider" Samsung refund when it's simply a (fake) police report refund under the customer's name.

 

Mentioning this in his post leads to a prompt ban and deletion of the messages...

His channel, his rules, but quite shitty to keep the user in the dark, especially when committing a whole additional crime offense.

While I have not refunded with this service before, I CAN vouch for the method. It IS an insider with Samsung that is currently circulating a number of services. Yes, you submit a fake police report, but an insider instantly approves it. When I did it with Xpress, they simply had me tell them when I submitted it, and their insider went in and approved the refund in a few minutes. It is 100% legit.
