Originally did refund for Costco with UPS insider refund for a couple iPhones. Service appeared to be completed 09/27/2022. Paid $688 fee that day. October comes and no refund was sent to me. Waited a few weeks, asked Rekk, who is incredibly hard to reach. Eventually I do multiple chats with the retailer in question, Costco. refund failed and they clearly were going to rebill. Rekk instructed to attempt card chargeback with bank. This was in December, several months after payment and no refund. Chargeback gets credited while bank investigates. They eventually reject my request and rebill the amount of $2754.00.
I have since been messaging rekk for refund on the service due to failed refund. It is nearly impossible to get a reply. I understand he has a large business, but at the end of the day I have been INCREDIBLY patient and understanding. I have waited four months to the day now. No success on my end.
While I can understand that it can be hard to reach all clients, this is no longer acceptable in my eyes. His service offers an upcharge of 20 pounds to get a faster reply, which at this point feels insulting. I have to pay more to get a timely service? That does not feel right. I have been asking for a refund for some time now and hardly ever get a response. When I finally did, the response was that they were going to check on it. At this point, there is nothing left to check. The refund failed, it's fine, but I am entitled to a refund of the service charge because the service was not completed.
To say the speed of this service is glacial would be an understatement. I have been courteous, polite, and patient throughout these months and have not gotten anywhere. What is further frustrating is to see that they are constantly active on telegram, posting vouches, while I sit and wait for months for service.
It is my opinion that their service has grown too large for them to be able to handle. It is not my business to tell them how to do it, but it is frustrating when you do not get treated as a priority.
