Honestly you cant without either a diet or sport. Some easier things would to limit your caloric intake and avoid overly sugary snacks/drinks. Eating less is also important, as limiting caloric intake means less calories to be stored as fat. Of course im no nutritionist so it might be better to ask on of them.

I wont save passwords on my computer, but I will write them down somewhere or keep them on a separate application. Theres too much to just try and remember :/
