I think it is 2 problems, a fresh account and revolut VCC payment method. If you got a fresh amazon account you can not just link a VCC of any provider not just Revolut. What you need to do is to age that account and make normal orders paying with your real credit or debit card. Those orders can be as small as 1 Eur orders. Make two three, pay normally and then add a VCC and try another fourth order little more like 5 Eur and see what happens. It should go through and then you can place the big one and pay with Revolut VCC. If that does not work, then the problem is they banned using VCC in general or only those from Revolut as they are raped as fuck by refunders. Do not underestimate the german precission and sense of details.

I am doing this for many years and can confirm it still works as a legit business.

You should have full info in your sales thread like price for example or if prvivate or business PP etc without needing to ask via other channels. Makes things easier.
